• Organic Ingredients: organic skullcap herb, organic passionflower herb in flower, organic linden leaf & flower, organic chamomile flower, organic spearmint leaf, organic rose petal, organic stevia leaf
• Suggested Use: for a strong herbal brew: Place 1-2 tbsp of herbs per cup of boiling water in a jar and cover. Steep for 10-20 minutes, strain, and enjoy before bedtime.
