Suggested Use: Place 1/4-1/2 cup herbs in quart-sized jar, fill with boiling water, cover, and steep 10-20 minutes. Strain into the bathtub. Alternatively, put herbs into a muslin bag and place it directly into the bathtub. For external use only.
